Ans: Resort offer non-smoking rooms. A few room in Resorts are even completely smoke-free.

Ques. 11 : Do you offer child rates?

Ans: Yes Sunrise Health Resorts offer Children from 0-15 years stay free. Children from 6-12 years pay from Rs 1200-1500. per night, depending on the Resort.

Ques. 12 : Can I reserve multiple rooms with one reservation?

Ans: Yes, you can reserve full resort rooms in one reservation. To request connecting rooms, please provide a note in the Special Requests box when you complete the reservation profile.

Ans: If you require 10 or more rooms, your reservations would be considered to be a group booking. Ques. 16 : What is the Resort's cancellation policy?

Ans: Cancel policies vary by Resort, by season and by rate offer. The specific policy will be highlighted on all rate offers that are returned when "Checking Availability". The policy will also be listed on the online confirmation page and the confirmation e-mail.

Ques. 16 : Why should i go for Ayurvedic, instead of other system of medicine?

Ans: In other system of medicines they treat the disease only, but in Ayurvedic system of medicine being a holistic approach to mankind; it not only treats the disease but treats the patients mentally as well as physically. It is a natural therapy hence it has no side effect or any complications, whereas other system of medicine has lots of side effects and several complications.

Ques. 17 : I want to know more about panchakarma therapy.

Ans: Panchakarma is cleansing of body according to Ayurveda. It is claimed that Panchakarma is a therapeutic way of eliminating toxic elements from the body. These are set of five (panch =five in sanskrit)procedures. They are Vamana, Virechana, Nirooha, Nasya, and Anuvasana. Panchakarma is the most significant of the Ayurvedic treatments. Is a relatively aggressive purification therapy for completely eliminating the accumulate dashers. It is a perfectly safe procedure for a normal or healthy person, but is forbidden for extremely debility, for the very old or very young and pregnant woman. Panchakarma emulates nature’s methods to aid the healing of the individual. Each dosha has dominant body part site in the digestive tract.

The stomach is the site of Kapha, the small intestine for Pitta and the large intestine for Vata. Panchakarma introduces medication into these sites and for the purpose of the treatment causes a temporary condition of increase secretion or absorption in the relevant tissue. It is suitable if the patient is strong and the disease relatively weak. Ans: TRIDOSHA means three humoral factors which are responsible for performing all activities in the body. In Ayurvedic diagnosis is based on tridosha. It also denotes your body type or body constitution. Every individual has specific body type (Know thyself). If you know your body type and follow its does and doesn't, you can lead a healthy long life.

Ques. 20 : What is shirodhara? Please inform me in details.

Ans: Shirodhara is a form of Ayurvedic therapy that involves gently pouring liquids over the forehead. It was developed by vaidyas in Kerala, India for use in sukhachikitsa and can be one of the steps involved in Panchakarma. The name comes from the Sanskrit words shira 'head' and dhara 'flow'.
